The user has 14 calendar days from the delivery date of the order to return the purchased products. In Christmas (orders made between the 7th of December and the 5th of January), returns will be accepted until the 10th of January (30 days).
Items must be in perfect condition, be unworn, in their original packaging and have all original tags attached and instructions for use. Follow the steps below to return a product.
Vèrtic will only accept returns of assembled skis if the product has been damaged during the assembling process.
Steps to follow to return a product
It is very easy. Here are some explanations:
- We attach a document to every purchase, where you only need to indicate the form of payment. Fill in the return form stating the form of payment and attach the document sent with the purchase. If you have lost the document, just ask for it again.
- Pack the product that you want to return in perfect condition and in the original packaging and attach the return form already completed inside. Stick the label with the address of Vèrtic on the outside of the packaging. You can choose the shipping method; the cost will be at your expense.
- Our warehouse staff will inspect the condition of the product and if there are no problems, we will proceed to the refund using the same form of payment used for the purchase.
